Our history
Rooted in Tradition, Inspired by the World
Kutsara Tinidor was born from a simple idea: that food has the power to bring people together. Inspired by the Filipino tradition of gathering around the table with loved ones, our founders set out to create a place where comfort and craftsmanship meet.
The name—Kutsara Tinidor, meaning "spoon and fork" in Filipino—pays tribute to the everyday tools that symbolize warmth, generosity, and the joy of sharing a meal.
Our journey began with a passion for food and a respect for heritage. With chefs trained in world-class kitchens across Asia and the United States, we’ve combined diverse culinary techniques to reimagine classic dishes and create something uniquely our own.

COCONUT CUSTARD CAKE
Fluffy cake soaked in coconut milk, layered with rich coconut custard and topped with toasted coconut and a drizzle of honey-lime glaze.
